What is your Return Policy?

What is your Shipping Policies?

Any items purchased online via our website will be shipped USPS. 

Items ordered together will be shipped together, unless otherwise noted.  Currently, we do not ship perishable food items, alcohol or tobacco.  We are still working on that interstate lau lau delivery service and will keep you updated!

Currently, we only ship within the United States. 

Orders received are processed within 1 to 2 business days.  Shipping times via USPS are estimated to be about 3 to 5 business days.  If you have not received a Shipment Notification Email within 7 to 10 businesses days, please contact shop@pukalanisuperette.net and we will provide further assistance.

What is your Coupon Policies?

We accept all universal coupons.  Coupons must be used for item specified and not expired

Do you limit the number of coupons I may use per transaction?

Yes, we will follow the limits as stated on each coupon.  We also limit one coupon per item unless the coupon states otherwise.

May I double or triple the same coupons on one item?

  No, only one coupon value or discount per item unless the coupon states otherwise.

Do you match competitor prices or take competitor coupons?

No.

Do you accept Internet Printable Coupons and may I print them in black and white?

Not at this time.

What is your policy when the value of the coupon exceeds the value of the product?

The coupon will only be good for the value of the product not the value of the coupon.

If I have a coupon for a product that is out-of-stock, may I receive a rain check for the product?

No!

Can I combine my coupon with other discounts?

No.

Who do I speak to if I have a question about my coupons while in your store?

Do you accept WIC?

Unfortunately, we do not accept WIC.
